Be My Enemy

1Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.Jah Shaddai
2I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.
4He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14“Because he91:14 That is, probably the king loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”

1The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,23:4 Or the valley of the shadow of death
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.

They attempted to Murder me again !!! Misplaced anger & men in their 20's with misplaced Angaer.
I am not their "punching bag" and again a serious assault with injury. They surrounded my Van, then tried to pull me out hitting me (very hard; strong young man) with myself 59 and dealing with a debilitating illness. Taken by ambulance to Redwood Hospital and had 5 stitches to fix a split Lip;
Happened last Thursday and prayed with the Church for "Protection" and they were moved out before I got Home. The Power of God and Prayer.

Built to Last

"It Just Be That Way ~~~Sometimes"
~ ! ~ ! ~ Change in Life is One Thing you can Count On... >>> But Some Things Remain The Same ~ Eternal >>> "It just be that Way > Sometimes!"

..   ~ ~ ~  * * * 8 8 8..   ~ ~ ~  * * *

When Jesus saw the crowds, he went up a mountain and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2and he began to teach them:
3"Blessed are those who recognize they are spiritually helpless. The kingdom of heaven belongs to them.
4Blessed are those who mourn. They will be comforted.
5Blessed are those who are gentle. They will inherit the earth.
6Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for God's approval. They will be satisfied.
7Blessed are those who show mercy. They will be treated mercifully.
8Blessed are those whose thoughts are pure. They will see God.
9Blessed are those who make peace. They will be called God's children.
10Blessed are those who are persecuted for doing what God approves of. The kingdom of heaven belongs to them.
11"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, lie, and say all kinds of evil things about you because of me. 12Rejoice and be glad because you have a great reward in heaven! The prophets who lived before you were persecuted in these ways.
13"You are salt for the earth. But if salt loses its taste, how will it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled on by people.
14"You are light for the world. A city cannot be hidden when it is located on a hill. 15No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket. Instead, everyone who lights a lamp puts it on a lamp stand. Then its light shines on everyone in the house. 16In the same way let your light shine in front of people. Then they will see the good that you do and praise your Father in heaven.
17"Don't ever think that I came to set aside Moses' Teachings or the Prophets. I didn't come to set them aside but to make them come true. 18I can guarantee this truth: Until the earth and the heavens disappear, neither a period nor a comma will disappear from Moses' Teachings before everything has come true. 19So whoever sets aside any command that seems unimportant and teaches others to do the same will be unimportant in the kingdom of heaven. But whoever does and teaches what the commands say will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20I can guarantee that unless you live a life that has God's approval and do it more faithfully than the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
21"You have heard that it was said to your ancestors, 'Never murder. Whoever murders will answer for it in court.' 22But I can guarantee that whoever is angry with another believer will answer for it in court. Whoever calls another believer an insulting name will answer for it in the highest court. Whoever calls another believer a fool will answer for it in hellfire. 23"So if you are offering your gift at the altar and remember there that another believer has something against you, 24leave your gift at the altar. First go away and make peace with that person. Then come back and offer your gift. 25"Make peace quickly with your opponent while you are on the way to court with him. Otherwise, he will hand you over to the judge. Then the judge will hand you over to an officer, who will throw you into prison. 26I can guarantee this truth: You will never get out until you pay every penny of your fine.
27"You have heard that it was said, 'Never commit adultery.' 28But I can guarantee that whoever looks with lust at a woman has already committed adultery in his heart. 29"So if your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose a part of your body than to have all of it thrown into hell. 30And if your right hand leads you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose a part of your body than to have all of it go into hell.
31"It has also been said, 'Whoever divorces his wife must give her a written notice.' 32But I can guarantee that any man who divorces his wife for any reason other than unfaithfulness makes her look as though she has committed adultery. Whoever marries a woman divorced in this way makes himself look as though he has committed adultery.
33"You have heard that it was said to your ancestors, 'Never break your oath, but give to the Lord what you swore in an oath to give him.' 34But I tell you don't swear an oath at all. Don't swear an oath by heaven, which is God's throne, 35or by the earth, which is his footstool, or by Jerusalem, which is the city of the great King. 36And don't swear an oath by your head. After all, you cannot make one hair black or white. 37Simply say yes or no. Anything more than that comes from the evil one.
38"You have heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.' 39But I tell you not to oppose an evil person. If someone slaps you on your right cheek, turn your other cheek to him as well. 40If someone wants to sue you in order to take your shirt, let him have your coat too. 41If someone forces you to go one mile, go two miles with him. 42Give to everyone who asks you for something. Don't turn anyone away who wants to borrow something from you.
43"You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.' 44But I tell you this: Love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you. 45In this way you show that you are children of your Father in heaven. He makes his sun rise on people whether they are good or evil. He lets rain fall on them whether they are just or unjust. 46If you love those who love you, do you deserve a reward? Even the tax collectors do that! 47Are you doing anything remarkable if you welcome only your friends? Everyone does that! 48That is why you must be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect.

..   ~ ~ ~  * * * 8 8 8..   ~ ~ ~  * * *

21"You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.'21“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’21"You have heard that the ancients were told, 'YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT MURDER ' and 'Whoever commits murder shall be liable to the court.'21Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:21"You have heard that it was said to our ancestors, Do not murder, and whoever murders will be subject to judgment.
22But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, 'Raca,' is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell.22But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire.22"But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, 'You good-for-nothing,' shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever says, 'You fool,' shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell.22But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.22But I tell you, everyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. And whoever says to his brother, Fool!' will be subject to the Sanhedrin. But whoever says, You moron!' will be subject to hellfire.
23"Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you,23So if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you,23"Therefore if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you,23Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;23So if you are offering your gift on the altar, and there you remember that your brother has something against you,
24leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.24leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.24leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering.24Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.24leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled with your brother, and then come and offer your gift.

"Help Us move Forward, Mighty God, in All Goodness and Love
overcoming
all obstacles In Life/Ourselves by Your Strength, Mercy, Grace
and Goodness. Thank you Jesus for Eternal Life Now" (Jah Our New's Prayer)

H A P P Y   N E W   Y E A R

46 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
Come, behold the works of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Peace and a "Sound Mind"

 2 Timothy 1:7 [Full Chapter]
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].

Romans 12

12 [a]Therefore I urge you, [b]brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship. And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be [c]transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].
For by the grace [of God] given to me I say to everyone of you not to think more highly of himself [and of his importance and ability] than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has apportioned to each a degree of faith [and a purpose designed for service]. For just as in one [physical] body we have many parts, and these parts do not all have the same function or special use, so we, who are many, are [nevertheless just] one body in Christ, and individually [we are] parts one of another [mutually dependent on each other]. Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to use them accordingly: if [someone has the gift of] prophecy, [let him speak a new message from God to His people] in proportion to the faith possessed; if service, in the act of serving; or he who teaches, in the act of teaching; or he who encourages, in the act of encouragement; he who gives, with generosity; he who leads, [d]with diligence; he who shows mercy [in caring for others], with cheerfulness.
Love is to be sincere and active [the real thing—without guile and hypocrisy]. Hate what is evil [detest all ungodliness, do not tolerate wickedness]; hold on tightly to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another with [authentic] brotherly affection [as members of one family], give preference to one another in honor; 11 never lagging behind in diligence; aglow in the Spirit, enthusiastically serving the Lord; 12 constantly rejoicing in hope [because of our confidence in Christ], steadfast and patient in distress, devoted to prayer [continually seeking wisdom, guidance, and strength], 13 contributing to the needs of God’s people, pursuing [the practice of] hospitality.
14 Bless those who persecute you [who cause you harm or hardship]; bless and do not curse [them]. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice [sharing others’ joy], and weep with those who weep [sharing others’ grief]. 16 Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty [conceited, self-important, exclusive], but associate with humble people [those with a realistic self-view]. Do not overestimate yourself. 17 Never repay anyone evil for evil. Take thought for what is right and gracious and proper in the sight of everyone. 18 If possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19 Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave the way open for God’s wrath [and His judicial righteousness]; for it is written [in Scripture], “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. 20 But if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him a drink; for by doing this you will heap [e]burning coals on his head.” 21 Do not be overcome and conquered by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Mighty Hard Pleasure~Too Many Years

Mighty Hard Pleasure

honey, can i have a sip from your water glass?
oh, that’s a fine thing to share
i remember back when robbie rebein
you know he got me drinking
Lord, it’s been a mighty hard pleasure

i was 22, thought all the burdens i knew
were too much to bear
now i’m 45, lucky to be alive
after fighting the spoiled child inside
you know, i found it takes a long time
just to bury the trash that
comes with the treasure
shoot, it’s been a mighty hard pleasure

how many of you live in the world of deals?
tell me, what have you learned?
most sellers don’t give a damn
what you’re made of
yeah, or how it’s earned
they got a remedy for your humility
man, it’s made of the finest
steel and leather
gentlemen, you make it a
mighty hard pleasure

but i got my lucky boots on
and a desire i can’t tame
and i got a picture of my gal
and a wedding ring
i got some old wounds you could open—
i hope you refrain
honey, don’t tempt me with nothing
that i don’t already disdain

even in love or what passes for love
it aint always an easy thing
we’re jacked up by fantasy
from the tv
and even the songs we sing
and one side of you knows to refuse,
the other’s dying to get together
girls, you’ve made it a
mighty hard, hard pleasure

hey baby, can i have another sip
from your water glass?
oh, that’s a fine thing to share
i remember back when robert rebein
God, he got me drinking
Lord, it’s been a mighty hard pleasure

i remember when i was just a little boy
but i started really thinking
Lord above, it’s been
a mighty hard pleasure

"Too Many Years"

JORMA KAUKONEN
"Too Many Years"
I opened the door and I found I was looking at danger;
It's been too many years but we're hiding our faces like strangers;
She says that she's got to gobut there ain't no way;
I'm letting her walk while there's something to say;
It's been too many years,
To watch our hearts die in this way.
She's feeling a time for a seasonal change and she's yearning;
To shake the trees of our love in the streets where the leaves are for burning;
All things on this earth were made for the dying;
One look in my soul says there just ain't no use trying;
It's been too many years,
To watch our hearts die in this way.
In an unwritten time I thought that life was for sharing;
And living together was simply a matter of caring;
But things did not work out like I planned;
And alienation has left me here damned;
It's been too many years,
To watch our hearts die in this way
